I have heard of gelatin being a super food for the longest time but I was unsure how to properly eat it.
After finding this recipe, I was hooked.
So what even is gelatin you may be wondering? Gelatin is a protein derived from collagen and is produced by processing animal parts.
Don't let that freak you out, for this recipe we are using an unflavored beef gelatin.
